Panel Beater / Coach Builder

As NZ leaders in transport industry, our nationwide network of workshops plays a vital role in keeping our fleet moving safely and efficiently.

We are looking for experienced Panel Beaters / Coach Builders to join our workshop team.

Our bus and coach fleet is diverse, and you will work on most makes and models. The size of our fleet offers the opportunity to continuously grow your panel and fabrication skillset and develop some transferable skills to further your career.

Here's what your day could look like:

  • Accident/collision and rust repairs.
  • Panel fabrication and fibre glass repairs.
  • Paint prep, application and touch ups to ensure high quality finishes.
  • Interior refurbishments.
  • Maintain accurate job and workshop records.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Panel Beater/ Collision repair technician.
  • A relevant panel beating/collision repair qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Spray painting and glass removal/refit ability.
  • A great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Clean drivers' licence with the ability to obtain your Class 2 or Class 4 licence.
  • A good eye for detail, an eagerness to get the job done right and a passion for the trade.
