Workshop Foreman

Our Palmerston North workshop is seeking a hands-on Foreman or experienced senior mechanic to lead our workshop team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our diverse fleet of buses and coaches (including cutting-edge EVs) are road-ready and running smoothly for daily operations.

We are looking for:

  • An experienced diesel mechanic with 5+ years in the industry.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including mentoring apprentices.
  • Strong fault diagnosis and repair skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organised with the ability to manage admin tasks, including payroll and fleet maintenance systems.
  • Team player attitude, happy to go above and beyond when needed.
