As Operations Lead you will:

• Play a critical role in ensuring our services run safely, efficiently and in line with our contractual and performance standards.
• ​Work fluidly across our two Auckland depots (West Gate and Dairy Flat) to bolster our operations team.
• Proactively work with our driving teams to resolve issues and uphold a strong safety and customer focused service culture.

We are looking for:

• Experience in an operational role within transport and/or logistics (urban public transport is preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Someone prepared to work flexibly across different tasks and locations and timeframes.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment with a calm, practical approach to operational challenges and incident responses.
• Understanding of NZ legislative transport requirements (preferred).
• Strong health and safety focus.
• Tech savvy to operate our systems.
• NZ Class 2 or 4 driver's licence and P endorsement (preferred or willingness to obtain).
