Cloud Service Engineer (Location Flexible Wellington or Auckland)
We are seeking a Cloud Service Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering ICT services and projects. This newly established position will work closely with our Head of Technology and collaborate across all business divisions to maintain and enhance our ICT services.
Based at our office in Wellington or Auckland - this role will involve some travel to our businesses across New Zealand. Tranzit Group of companies is one of NZ's largest transport providers, keeping kiwi communities connected with our transport solutions nationwide. As Cloud Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in keep our ICT services running smoothly.
The role:
- Partner with divisional teams to foster strong working relationships to deliver ICT services.
- Provide day-to-day support for cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Power Platform.
- Document processes and assist with user training and ongoing support.
- Manage and secure company devices via MS Intune and support ICT security measures.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for:
- Strong knowledge of M365 cloud services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune). Power Platform (Power BI, Fabric)
- An ICT qualifications or equivalent experience in cloud service engineering.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple ICT projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
- Hands-on approach with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
