We operate over 100 daily bus services connecting more than 600 towns, cities and communities across Aotearoa, and we're looking for exceptional people to join our North Island driving team.

About the role

We are searching for several long-haul passenger service drivers with the X-FACTOR. These positions will be based in Wellington and will drive our InterCity services. You will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to various destinations such as Auckland, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Napier and New Plymouth. You will be required to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

To be successful you will have:

• No experience required, we are looking for the right people with a great attitude.
• Flexible and varied shifts - day shifts and night shifts (e.g. 4 days on, 4 days off) with added overtime if requested and available.
• A passion for New Zealand and sharing it with others.
• Exceptional customer service.
• A clean class 1 licence required for a minimum of 2 years - extensive training will be given to the right people to obtain their Class 2 and 4 licences.
• Various other opportunities within the company may arise for the right people - e.g. driver training, operational roles and management positions.
